ABOUT: top
michelle kline started SNAP design with just a shoulder bag pattern, a fine art degree, and a lot of ideas... she has now expanded her line to include laptop bags, tote bags and accessories...
she has been working diligently out of her awesome portland studio since 2004.
SNAP bags are constructed from an assortment of colorful vinyl, decorative top stitching and complimentary fabric lining. the ever-changing combination of vinyl, thread color, stitch pattern and lining makes each bag unique and one of a kind. all straps are reinforced with metal rivets. SNAP bags are durable, waterproof, and clean up easily with soap and water.
record books (the original!) are handmade from spent vintage records and their unique covers. interior pockets are made from translucent frosted vinyl. paper is standard/refillable size.
(audiophiles: don't worry, we don't cut up valuable records)
laptop bags are lined and heavily padded. they feature front & back zip pockets and handles for carrying. (now with optional strap!)
tote bags are all lined with a heavy cotton twill and have 3 pockets total with a snap closure.
MAINTENANCE:
to clean the outside surface of any SNAP bag, case, or accessory, we like to use a "simple orange" spray cleaner (applied first to a rag and then to bag), followed with a damp cloth. easy!
